Beluga Construction Company, LLC (Beluga) is a subsidiary of the Cully Corporation (Cully Corp); the village corporation of Point Lay, Alaska. Organized in 1971 under the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act, Cully Corp’s primary charter is to provide for the economic development and well-being of its shareholders.
